Now playing in UK cinemas: „Winter of the Crow” - the latest film from Kasia Adamik.
We’re proud to be supporting Signature Entertainment UK with the UK release of „Winter of the Crow”, delivering Polish audience outreach to help connect the film with Polish community across the UK.
Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Kasia Adamik and starring Academy Award nominee Lesley Manville, this gripping Cold War thriller takes us to Warsaw in 1981, where a British professor finds herself caught in an increasingly unsettling situation against the backdrop of martial law. Based on Professor Andrews in Warsaw, a short story by Nobel Prize-winning author Olga Tokarczuk, the film also features Polish actors Zofia Wichłacz and Andrzej Konopka, with Agnieszka Holland serving as executive producer.
It is so great to be supporting the UK release of a film with such strong Polish connections and helping bring Polish stories to audiences across the country.
Look out for the special London screening featuring a Q&A with Lesley Manville on October 20.
Check out your local cinemas for screening times and experience this immersive story on a big screen.
